      Kimberly-Clark is a good place to work. It's a solid company, and work-life balance is a focus for most managers.

      Pros

      Relatively strong company in a fairly steady industry. They have been around a long time and have many capable employees in a good community (Neenah, WI headquarters). Good people with whom I've worked.

      Cons

      Hierarchy. No one in upper management cares to ask ot listen to employees. There is too much red tape and lack of communication between departments which have become more and more separated over the years.

      mediocracy as virtue

      Pros

      Quite good work-life balance, rarely got to work around the clock. Environment is less stressull than it other companies.

      Cons

      Mediocracy. No induction trainings, knowledge sharing is miserable. Quite strong SSC mentality, weak contact with business which itself has to handl lots of admin tasks.
