Pros

good people, midwestern values, you can have great work-life balance if you are willing to set limits and are flexible/efficient with your time to get things done. Opportunities to rotate onto new brands/projects and learn from the range of experiences.

Cons

KC loves process, very matrixed (which has its pros but process + matrix is sometimes a frustrating combo).

Pros

Focused on growth of their people more than in the past; becoming an environmentally conscious company despite selling mostly disposable product lines

Cons

Conservative leadership and culture tends to slow down innovation and positive cultural changes such as more flexible work arrangements.
