      Pros

      Intelligent and collaborative colleagues. Invests a lot in employee training. Well developed processes and structure to learn a manufacturing business inside out. Cross-functional moves encouraged. Transparent compensation structure with almost no ambiguity on things like year end bonus.

      Cons

      Business under immense pressure so company trying to shrink its way to success. Flat structure with limited opportunities for career advancement within European Consumer division. Lean structure that means most personnel severely overworked.

      Pros

      Friendly, helpful co-workers. Engineers and technicians treat each other with respect. Communication between people are good. People here are really nice!

      Cons

      Seems like end of doing the same things with photo eyes, PLCs, inserting new modules into machines. Don't like the city Paris, small and has nothing to do.

      Kimberly Clark used to be "the" place to work, but with all the cuts over the last few years, morale has really gone down hill.

      Upper management is all about the numbers, showing no concern as to the way the employees feel
