Pros

Never bored, lots to do. Customers are great. Good company values (not enforced)

Cons

Left me along after no solid training and then yelled at for mistakes while upper level employees just stand around and gossip. Got new managers and then it was okay for a while. Until they demanded I make it to work in a snow storm (twice). Wouldnt give me days off I needed and made sure it was impossible to switch with anyone. Pulled my last straw- gave my two weeks notice. Now I do not receive my bonus for getting another person hired. Some employees do only 3 out of 100 jobs that need to be done but never get yelled at. Minors are treated like trash. Some managers are up on their high horse bossing lower employees around rudely. Some co workers have been there so long they don’t even listen to anyone because they think they’re better. If you wanna work somewhere where the bonuses suck, you get over scheduled, and there are dramatic middle aged women gossiping about you in the corner, this is your place.

Pros

40% profit sharing. Time and a half over 40 hours but required 45 hours/wk if you're an ASL so already get OT each week. Great company, care about employees. Constantly growing and changing with the times.

Cons

Assisants are required to work 2 weekends a month and primarily 2nd shift. Expectations are extremely high, so can be hard to get all your required work done in a week. Be ready to work at least 50 hours a week if not more.
