      Low pay, low hours. I was working 12 hours a week, making $14 per hour, and expected to be happy that I couldn't afford my bills each month.

      Good pay and benefits

      Pros

      $3 pay differential compared to 1st and 2nd shift, not as busy as working mornings/daytime

      Cons

      Some guests leave the restrooms in a shockingly dirty/unhygienic state (you may have to clean it), only 2 unpaid 15 minute breaks (no 30 minute break at all) in a shift and you aren't allowed to leave the premises, as a young woman I got frequent unwanted flirty comments and uncomfortable interactions with male guests
