Pros

The company is family run and that was a big plus.

Cons

They say they are all about family, but the number of hours salaried employees have to put in can be well over 65 hrs per week. The minimum is 50, but district leaders want you there non-stop.

Pros

The pay was good for the work I did

Cons

Employees need proper training and support. I was training new people after only working for a total of 5 days. I was still unsure of my own job responsibilities, and was in no way ready to be training.

Pros

Profit sharing, higher than average hourly pay, the Zietlow family rocks. Excellent company-wide culture. Very dedicated to being 'better than the best'. I felt like I needed to exceed expectations daily.

Cons

District/Store management is subpar in areas leading to lackluster employees being hired simply because they 'know' the manager. Not to mention with the number of 'lifers' that just sit like logs in the road on positions, advancement is like navigating a broken bridge. Take the wrong promotion and you're stuck there forever with little to no chance to back up and take a new route..
