Very cult-like, but not too bad to work, enjoyment depends on location

Dental Vision Lunch Discount Flexible hours (At my location, can see other locations not so much) Friendly environment and coworkers (Once again at my location, not so much other locations) Yearly raise Profit Sharing (one of my first jobs, idk how good it is compared to other jobs)
Cons
Cult-like (Attending meetings feels very much like a cult, read-alongs of the same few rules and “goals”, kind of talked to like children/babied(?), lots of scary “diehard kwik trip fans” who make it off putting) “Family family family” but hire-ups (regional managers, my store leaders do treat you like friends) treats you “like a worker” rather than family as they want you to believe) Follows the “they’re guests not customers” narrative (I get respect it’s just obnoxious) Despite being flexible, hours can be SCARCE when “dead season” comes along.
