Great, family-owned company. Proactive thinking. Excellent bonus program.

Cons

The only con would be related to the health insurance and vacation plans. Both are average...not bad, but not great.

Pros

the profit sharing at the end of the year is great for Christmas shopping. Also it is a great company to work for in general, they really take care of their employees, there is room to move up the ladder.

Cons

there arent too many cons that I can think of however there still are a few. One would be that full time employment can be a little hard to come by. part time employees cant go over 28 hours per week as a rule and full time employees cant go over 40 hours per week, there is absolutely no overtime
