Pros

- Flexible hours that can accommodate school schedule - Friendly Co-Workers - Bonus check at the end of the year is probably the best perk

Cons

- Tough to advance within the company - Management isn't always great - Kwik Trip tends to hire awkward people - The customer is always right, always. No exception.

Good benefits and salary for a cashier job. Employees and managers were all good people.

Having to say "Thanks for stopping, we will see you next time" to every single customer

Pros

Kwik Trip, Inc. has a great Owner, Don Zietlow. I love the fact that the company shares 40% of its profits with the employees. It gives them a sense of ownership and ultimately makes everyone happier and more productive.

Cons

Like all retail work, there is no fast way to management no matter how hard you work. It isn't so much if you are going to move up, it is about how long it is going to take.
