Pros

Decent pay for the area, hoping the profit sharing makes it worthwhile...

Cons

A LOT is expected from the employees, only allowed a 20 min break for an 8 hour shift, get paid the same regardless if you are a good employee vs one of the many "slackers", not much appreciation shown by the supervisors, random varied shifts - days & nights mixed - hard to have an "outside life.

Absoultly great to their employees! flexible schedules and so much room to move up in the company

Cons

There are not alot of full time positions if you go to a smaller store. The big Kwik Stars have lots of full time.

They are a family owned company. Kwik Star/Kwik Trip gives their employees gift card bonuses and employees earn purify sharing

Cons

There are a large number of inspections from corporate. This is a pro and a con. The only con is because it can be stressful but it also helps to maintain a clean, organized store with great customer service.
