Pros

Hours were a bit flexible for starting and ending time. Also easy to take a bit of time off when needed for appointments such as doctor. Pay was decent. Benefits were decent. Company vehicle. Some holidays were paid off. Work week was Monday - Friday day shift hours. Kwik Trip treats their employees well. If you're open to moving there are many opportunities to move up the company ladder. Kwik Trip does a marvelous job hiring people with good attitudes. Good working environment.

Cons

The Retail Service Technician job did not offer any starting pay increase regardless of your experience when you started. It starts at $18 an hour whether you are highly qualified or you are an idiot. The pay was a little below what it should be for the type of technical work you are expected to perform and the type of stuff you are expected to repair. You are on call for a large area with an average drive radius of 3 to 4 hours on a rotating schedule approximately once every 6 weeks. Monday through Friday I was worked pretty hard averaging 10 to 12 hours per day.
