Pros

This company has given me the opportunity to grow and have coworkers that are like family to me. I just love how close I have become with all of my coworkers.

Cons

Sometimes we can be short staffed and that puts a burden on being able to fully train others correctly with everyday tasks, which makes the workplace quite stressful. Also sometimes it's hard to have a set schedule. I can be there until 10 pm the night before and be asked to come back in at 6 am.

Pros

Profit sharing every December. The company truly cares about its employees and offers many assistant programs. It is truly a work "family" environment! The customers are great and many are every daiers. The company has great mission and values.

Cons

Often understaffed which leads to having to switch your schedule to cover shifts on your days off. One 10 minute break per every four hours worked. No lunch breaks.
