Pros

I had a great team that I worked with. Very understanding staff and the profit sharing is definitely an awesome add on! Gift cards are awarded if your store is doing the best on certain sales and things in comparison to other stores in your district.

Cons

Lots of standing, not just customer service-- they like you to be kitchen trained, as well, which isn't hard, but not that fun depending on the person. Can be very sales oriented at times.

Fantastic company to work for. Fun environment while helping the business grow. Profit sharing and retirement plans are given to part-time employees as well as full-time employees. Owners want its employees to succeed and offer a scholarship program to student workers. The 'regular' customers are a joy to see during your shift. Loved this job!

Cons

Working on weekends can be a bummer, but the people we see come in late at night can be very entertaining.
