Wonderful people to work with and loyal customers who appreciate them.

Cons

Too often the forced up-selling at the register may seem annoying or uncomfortable for both the workers and customers. There has been no standardized structure to carry out all of the many tasks expected of coworkers according to company policy procedures in such a way they can be performed in a timely manner. This results in much of the work left behind for the next shift.

Pay isn't bad, family-owned, profit sharing, safety-conscious company

Cons

Lots of hoops to jump through to get the job done, paperwork on top of paperwork. Huge disconnect between the needs of coworkers and the wants of upper management.
