Family atmosphere, treat employees very well, several great benefits, awesome pay for a first time job to a inbetween careers job or permanent job! Chances to advance at every turn you just have to look for the path YOU want to take and create it.

Cons

Could use a second distribution center, shifts that cross over more would help too. More incentive to retain third shift employees (over night incentive is generous already)

I really enjoy the store I'm at. Great leaders. The company is very generous with bonuses and gift cards. Always busy. They're generous with starting wages too.

Cons

I guess I would say short breaks, although I rarely take one.
