-Owners are superb people -Great pay -Excellent benefits -Very people oriented

Cons

Can get boring. Not as fast paced as other retail jobs. It's more often good than bad, but the job can get boring. There is always something to do, but it might be mindless work.

Pros

The scheduling was very flexible with my college courses. When arriving at work, you had very specific guidelines for what was expected of you - there was no standing around wondering what to do.

Cons

The customers could be exceptionally needy and ask you to do things like change a tire or add oil to their cars. Other than that, the work could get a little repetitive, but overall not bad.
