Competitive pay and benefits, even for part time. Friendly and open company. Profit sharing, birthday and anniversary rewards.

Cons

Hard to get full time position. Often understaffed. Can be a struggle to find backup or support if sick.

The company has great benefits, consistent raises, and are often rewarding its employees. There are many coworkers who enjoy their job that are willing to help you out. Very little walkouts happen at this company.

Cons

Like every else you work, coworkers can be catty, but Kwik Trip has a lesser and more calm chance of that.
