      Profit sharing, good pay for job,Great benefits even for part time

      Cons

      Lots to do on any given day, obvious favoritism from managers at the store level, often poor hires because spots NEED to be filled.

      Pros

      Corporate has great values, shares profits, and they know what they are doing with the future. They make you feel important (at least at the one I work at). Great pay and benefits for a convenience store.

      Cons

      There are some managers out there that are not always pleasant to work with, but that usually occurs at most jobs.

      Pros

      The corporate office and company as a whole really helps you and tries to foster your growth. Tons of benefits and the long term incentives just keep piling up. Only company in the US that pays 40% of its profits back to its employees in the form of bonuses every single year. Rated as the 21st best place to work in the country.

      Sometimes internal promotion can be difficult.
