-Above average pay -Good benefits -PTO -8 hour shifts, with paid breaks -Chances to earn extra money through position ascension -Chances to earn extra money through passing periodic performance checks -Chances to get a share after 5 years of working fulltime -Can transfer from one store to the next at your convenience -40% profit sharing, your year end bonus!

Cons

-Can be very difficult to find replacement worker should you ever experience an emergency that would make it hard to impossible for you to work your own shift. -ALOT is expected out of you, so if you're not willing to work for that year-end bonus check, don't consider this employer. -There is room for coworkers to ascend in their shift position, but that can also lead to some people who might not be the best for that job. -

Pros

The salary and benefits are much above average, this company believes that if their employees are happy and cared for then their customers are much better off. Senior management is excellent. The company is very community-oriented and giving. This is a recommended company to work for.

Cons

There tends to be kind of short breaks but they pay you more so you are expected to work, which necessarily isn't a bad thing.
