      Very nice starting pay. Much better than other places especially at my age. Lot of work but you are rewarded

      Cons

      They want things done fast. too fast. You get a lot of hours too. They won't hire you if you can't work a lot of hours.

      Company provides 40% profit sharing, uses it as excuse to abuse. No family life allowed for leadership.

      40% Profit Sharing, strong company growth, good people to work with, potential to be a desired company to work for

      Cons

      Weak upper management, over aggressive budgets, leadership works 50+ hours per week even in slow times and when outperforming budgets, on call always, treated as if it's never good enough, many false options for advancement

      Pros

      Paid well, shrink bonus and profit sharing, you feel like your apart of something special. They have a strong culture and a desire to be the best.

      Cons

      Many, many hours. You have to work at least 50 hours a week and that's lucky if thats all you put in. Your voice to improve hings will not be heard. You must nod your head and always do what your told.
