      Goal oriented company with focus on efficiency and opportunities to grow and learn. Gets the best of you in multicultural experience. If you put effort and propose things, you'll have good opportunities

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy to get things done. Lots of committee approvals needed to move something. Some areas exploit employees and workload is high. Sense of urgency every time lets you little time to plan.

      Good preparation, you get involve/learn different areas, demanding/ constant challenge, good work environment, give importance to safety and respect,open to comments, stimulates sharing.

      Cons

      Demand more than give support, promises are not always fulfill, highly depend on HQ in Chile, different countries/ areas are dessinformed,not focused/ clear unified objective or company visualization. Benefits and salary could be better for work load
