Salary could be an issue, maybe comparing to other industries in the country making that talent could runaway to them. Also understandable according industry complexity and profitability.

Meritocracy does not exist in the company. Directors and managers wouldn’t be impartial when making decisions on the team development such as salary increase, promotion etc.
