      Pros

      Good start for those receiving their NASM certification with no experience, you get a free membership and lots of trainer resources. I had a good team that helped with on-boarding.

      Cons

      You need to be passionate because the work is difficult, I was amongst the few trainers to rake $10k in sales a month that combined supplements, PT and other services within my first 6 months of working there. The pay is terrible even when I made more sales than a tenured trainer. It was discouraging and eventually quit.

      Pros

      I loved the free gym membership and the discounts on food, spa, and personal fitness.

      Cons

      The bistro was in disrepair a lot of the time and the management did not care. We also were understaffed a lot of the time.
