The Lead General at this location creates a toxic environment for the employees. He is severely lacking in leadership and business acumen experience. I had to reach out to employee relations for support multiple times because of his aggressive temper and retaliation against myself and my team. He was coached but nothing changed. I have worked in management for corporate companies for a very long time and would never expect to experience something like this at a company of this size.

The compensation is confusing in the spa at least and during downtime your future commissions are actively being docked. They start you at a level pay rate for 3 months. It will then quickly decrease aka rapidly decline if you have not used that time to go “build your business”. This will happen to most people and results in problems with employee retention. Most of us don’t fully understand how the pay works.
