      Pros

      The friends you will make at this job are hands down the reason we haven’t quit yet. You also get a free membership, and some of the members you meet will become the light of this job.

      Cons

      You will hardly ever get a raise, and if you do, it will literally be $1. Apparently if you are a terrible worker, you will get praise, so keep that in mind. Toxic work environment for anyone that enjoys being happy.

      Earn enough income to prove your time, education and experience is valuable to find a different company that will value your time and efforts

      Cons

      Leadership at the very highest levels engage in reverse psychology. Negative Life Time leadership permeates down to the front line worker. "Do as I say and not as I do" is on display at the highest levels. When duplicated at mid level range mgmnt, those mid level managers feel the wrath of HR. HR, protecting the highest level offenders in the company office for decades, yet fry the little guy on the daily.
