Staff Training Good Coworkers (other than sales manager at this location) Good Equipment and Space for work Break and Healthy Way of Life Time available to trainers Encouragement to get more certification

Cons

If you don't have a client you still need to make full hours and do not get paid. Sales person picks and chooses who gets clients from him-not evenly distributed. Very $ driven - so employee becomes a number Elusive rules and manipulation of standards

Pros

The chance to learn and grow. Life Time does desire to develop their own. A great community of people for the most part.

Cons

Promotions can sometimes seem like they are only based on personal agenda rather than what is actually best. There are several high caliber leaders within the organization that seem to get pigeonholed for multiple years without hope of advancement even though LT says calibration and hope for the future is important.
