      You fall in love with your clients and the members. Relationships are built that go beyond the club walls

      Cons

      Extremely long work days and rough hours, work/life balance is almost nonexistent once business gets to a certain level. 100% commission pay (you get what you put into it).

      Pay scale as long as you work hard to build. Paid weekly. Steady hourly rate.

      Cons

      If you're are not busy you don't make a steady commission. They have a commission pay scale based on productivity compared to your hours worked each pay period. Had many managers come and go. Some were not experienced enough for that position.
