Pros

This is the best place to work if you want to earn money as a young person. They give a lot of hours and have decent pay and the benefit of free utilities including the gym and pool.

Cons

The location that I was at had a very toxic culture and poor managers. The managers all talk about each other behind everyone's back and have really bad attitudes going into work. This was one of my first jobs and they threw me into work on the first day. I had no instructions or shadowing opportunities. Be aware of the hostile parents.

Pros

Easy and free access to great gym amenities. Plus discounts on premium classes, training, spa products and services, and some cafe items. Team members were usually very helpful with one another.

Cons

Leadership shows favoritism and retaliatory behavior. Would frequently gift personalized items to certain team members but not others. More likely to write you up if they feel upset by you, and less likely if they like you. Also would hear team members talking about sensitive issues that were meant to stay behind leadership doors, which means leadership isn't trustworthy with personal issues you go to them about.

Life time values money over its people. There is a lack of communication when implementing any changes, they don't flesh out plans before rolling them out, they are constantly changing and not for the better. They prioritize certain departments over others and it creates a feeling of corporate favoritism
