Pros

People you work with and members are generally nice and cool. Membership included is obviously a plus so we can exercise where we work.

Cons

New rule to wear only life time branded gear AND DO IT NOW while working is a BIG problem, but could be easily solved if whoever is making this decision would think for a minute. Performers were given ONE voucher to order a branded top. Some of your people teach 12+ classes a week, including in heated studios. One shirt isn't going to cut it. A bigger problem by far is the shirt options provided by the new partner lskd. Every option for women employees is either cropped, a literal sports bra, or a small strappy tank. And they are sized *extraordinarily*.small-- in what world is an XL a size 10? A 2X a 12?? And nothing beyond that is available. Guess what, some awesome performers and employees are larger than a 12 believe it or not, and the company is now at risk of losing them by trying to force them to squeeze into tops that don't fit. Not everyone can or wants to wear a strappy crop top/sports bra as a work uniform. In fact, besides body size, some employees either because of religion or culture are not able to wear those kinds of tops. The options on the regular life time merch page are also ALL cropped and/or strappy. Additionally, forcing employees to wear branded gear but only providng one for free, with extremely limited options for people of varying bodies is giving the impression we need to purchase our own if we want more than one. One is not enough when the actual job involves exercising and sweating multiple hours in a day. **Not providing enough in quantity or in an inclusive range for varying body types are both VERY questionable ethically.**
