      New ideas are expected to be successful immediately and you are reprimanded when they are not. Has a lets see if this works attitude.

      A very fun environment and they train you with universal skills that can be use in and out of the water.

      There weren't as many hours as I liked for there to be but it did give me a steady source of income.
