      Pros

      People are friendly and have common interests. It's fun to work with kids and do activities that other fitness centers don't provide.

      Cons

      There didn't seem to be a lot of movement in jobs. Also the hours weren't super flexible but flexible enough

      Free membership and 25% discount on all other products. Great atmosphere and can really create relationships with other employees.

      Cons

      High turnover rate means that the people you are working with probably won't be there very long, and the good ones often change departments

      Pros

      You get a free membership when you're hired, and the hours are good. it's a fun job to have and everyone is so motivating! They hire within so it's easy to grow in the company. Oh and if you're going away for school, you can still come back and work in the summer.

      Cons

      They expect you to do a lot. Unless you're on break, you've got to be cleaning, or helping a member, or folding towels. Do ANYTHING.
