      Good clients, good pay, good benefits.

      Cons

      People are rude, do not train their employees properly, expect you to know everything and train yourself, do not give you a warning before terminating you, terrible instructor to teach the Bodywork massage class.

      Nice facilities, structured, negotiable pay, fun co-employess, flexible scheduling, free membership, discounts within the facility, easy to transfer in to different departments

      Cons

      Unnecessarily strict rules, high turnover rate in the management (5 different bosses in my 2 year employment), required employee clothing is expensive, some members are extremely rude to employees

      Good concept, bad company

      Pros

      Gym membership, good for resume as a top health company, good colleagues.

      Cons

      Very corporate. How? Fail a yearly test and you are terminated. Can not recite the mission word for word? You will not be hired. Everyone in management is expected to work 6 days a week. Micro-managed on every level. 2 to 5 meetings a day is the norm required by the company.
