      Great hours, no grease, no drunk guests... Great team of Department Heads.

      Cons

      Your staff is 80% minimum wage high school kids. The majority do not want to work and have no work ethic. Overly corporate. The corporation makes the job 20 times harder than it needs to be. It's a Café... Let an experienced Manager do their job.

      Good education for employees Good amount of hours available to work

      Cons

      Too much emphasis placed on revenue. No leniency for overtime, time off, vacations, even sick days. Have an opinion? Don't voice it. Upper management fails to understand how the front line staff works and treats them poorly, unfairly, and refuse to help when needed. A complete man's world atmosphere. Women are not treated fairly unless working with a fellow woman.
