      Pros

      The days and hours I am scheduled to work only change three times a year (with the exception of special events). I receive a free membership to the club for myself and my children. I am able to bring my children to work with me.

      Cons

      I was hired in making minimum wage. Despite excellent job performance, I have never received a raise. The following of policies and procedures is inconsistent.

      Brainwashes you to believe you are part of a "family". The combination of minimum wage and outrageous demands lead to a very high turnover.
