      You can be successful, but you won't have a life outside of work.

      Pros

      Free membership if you work over 10 hours a week, which includes 2 hours of childcare per day. Highly discounted activities (kids swimming classes, TEAM weight loss etc...)

      Cons

      Rules get changed on a regular basis, employee discipline and recognition are completely baseless and vary from employee to employee. Don't plan on staying employed here very long, they change employees very quickly, especially in the sales department.

      Awesome atmosphere! Loved getting to know the members and working with other employees! Visually inviting and certain departments offered room for growth!

      Cons

      Some departments offered very low pay for a heavy workload Some departments did not have room for growth Scheduling was conflicting when working with high school students availability

      free membership, you get to bring your kids with you to work (for those of you that have them)

      Cons

      extremely unprofessional environment, lack of respect, horrible hourly pay, shift coverage, mandatory holidays with no holiday pay, mandatory meetings at night, lack of communication, management is lazy and unprofessional at best.
