      You are used to your managers disposal, some duties and tasks that are not listed in the job description are handed out, customers are allowed to walk all over you, you are expected to put the company way before yourself

      Work with amazing people and build a family bond. You also get a chance to build relationships with members, and the perks of a free membership doesn't hurt. Amazing place to work for a short period of time. Learn what you can and move on.

      Cons

      To many politics. To move up you have to know someone who knows someone. Preach performance performance performance thats not the case. The company makes irrational decisions when it comes to policies and changes them often.

      Wonderful opportunity to start at a newly built facility. Clean, energetic about health and fitness. Looks like a resort facility. This company is going to put many people to work.
