      "The UN-healthy, modern day slavery, way of life company"

      Pros

      Free membership Some nice people You have a job If you drink the company kool-aid you may move up if you're are lucky and have not been worked to death yet.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for ..period. You mean nothing to them, you are a tool they use, burn out, and toss aside. The culture is toxic from top to bottom. Management from CEO on down is narcissistic. Say good bye to friends and family. 7 days PTO a year, including sick days.... They force you to clean the parking lot at no pay..

      Fun summer job, questionable managment

      Pros

      Very laid back and fun atmosphere but serious about the healthy lifestyle. The free membership is awesome if you are going to use it.

      Cons

      I worked there for 2 summers and went through 5 supervisors. Seems like management had some problems finding suitable fits and unfortunately removed the 2 most competent.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, decent pay for part time college kid. I enjoyed working with the people that worked with. I was lucky to have a good group of coworkers.

      Cons

      I was lucky to have an awesome manager, but after I left I heard the next manager was horrible.... depends who you get stuck with I guess.
