The energy and attitude of the club staffers is infectious! My co-workers were great; a hard-working, but fun-loving group that never lost sight of a good life/work balance.

Cons

Some people in the upper management team are very intense and do not like to hear opinions that are different than their own.

we helped people lead healthier lives with innovative programs and design

overall bad experience. Forgot to pay me on several occasions. 100% commission environment= lots of people stealing sales. management did "shady" business behind the scenes, lots of GREED. Nobody really has your back, not a great team environment in the PT department. Benefits ....what benefits?? Zero work life balance you are just a dollar sign to senior management.
