Pros

Working at Life Time was a great experience. Even in down times with sales slumping the atmosphere stayed competitive and friendly. Management was always around to help and answer questions and one never felt separated from the group. Great working environment. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons

High stress in sales with long hours, sometimes the job just couldn't get done in terms of quotas.

Plenty of hours, ability to move up in my department, outside of management it was a good place for college students to work,

Hard to find someone to cover a shift sometimes, sometimes lacking in leadership from department manager, sometimes asked too much from employees

Appearance to the public is deceiving. Notice the high turnover. Pay attention to your instincts.

Cons

Please please please watch out. This company appears so good, but it is based on making money. The 'trainers' will very smoothly suck you into a contract that absolutely drains your bank account, and 4 medical Physicians have already told me their claims about everything you should buy for your health and weight loss here are NOT true. It is a sales scam.
