Pros

The company really does have a great mission, which is to provide people with the tools to lead healthier lives. They do provide some leads to their sales staff, and it is nice to have a free membership

Cons

High sales expectations, combined with a large sales staff in each club makes it difficult to make a lot of money Also career advancement can be difficult, because like many companies, there are a lot of the sales staff who are looking to move up into very few positions.

No work life balance. Worked my a** off, with little recognition. Poorly compensated. Turn over rate is very high. Expected to work all the time.

Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and easing to work with. Had no problems while I worked there.

Cons

The job can be monotonous and rather boring at times. Duties are very basic with little opportunity for advancement. Nothing more than a basic first job.
