Pros

Good company, good values, best training in their industry. They clearly put themselves at the top of the fitness industry with the best people, best services, and best properties.

Cons

Horrible hours, they expect you to be there 50 plus hours per week. Even if you have the day off their is pressure to be there. Mid and end of month you can be there for 11-13 hours for no reason. People don't buy memberships or want marketing calls at 10 or 11pm.

Life Time recognized my potential early and supplied me with specific management training after I proved high level of performance... I can see myself retiring from Life Time! Team members can expect a performance-based culture, high-pace work environment that daily strives to exceed our members' expectations

Cons

Can be long hours initially - but if you put in the right amount of time with the right focus, it's definitely worth it!
