Pros

great exposure to working with children, worked in many sections within the child care center, was able to learn how to stay completely calm in a very stressful environment

Cons

time dragged by when the center was not busy, felt like I was on constant behavior watch, had to put up a "look" for all the parents that come in

Pros

In the gym culture it's a professional place to work. They give good opportunities to those who do well with sales.

Cons

The sales culture with inadequate training in the area. Most don't come into Lifetime with a sales background, but you have to do sales if you want to earn an income.

Pros

Free gym membership, incredible facility, employee stock options, flexible scheduling, fun people to work with, room to be creative and try new things, lack of micro-managing

Cons

Poor compensation, no growth potential. More duties/responsibilities are given based on experience and time with the company, but compensation does not increase. You are required to complete online training classes that seem to mutate and multiply as they are completed.
