      Excellent employee training

      Pros

      The training they provide for personal trainers is excellent. It was ongoing throughout my employment, almost monthly. My health knowledge base grew way beyond what is normally expected of personal trainers.

      Cons

      As with most gyms, there is high turnover in staff. So bottom tier leadership changed pretty frequently.

      Pros

      You get a free gym membership. You can pretty much create your own schedule. They give you free food at the end of the month. You won't ever get fired.

      Cons

      Pay has gone down significantly since I first started. The gym has too many sales people for anyone to make any money. They hound you to make calls. The prices have skyrocketed making it harder to make sales
