      Pros

      I love working here. I feel supported by my team lead and enjoy my colleagues. They provide detailed training for each format you teach and they don’t just hire anyone. They are picky with their talent which I appreciate. Pay rate is higher than a few boutique studios I’ve worked at.

      Cons

      Locations don’t like to share instructors. This is a con if you are a full time fitness instructor.
