Pros

Career mobility (If you drink the koolaid) Most people are awesome and really believe in the mission and lifestyle around health and wellness Perks of LT membership, discounts on supplements, etc. are great Benefits/insurance are good - not bad, not great Plenty of opportunities to explore other teams if your current role is not the best fit. If you commit (and bust your butt), career development and ladder climbing can happen relatively quickly.

Cons

Leadership is frustratingly inefficient Entrepreneurial mindset - which just means decisions come from the top and are gospel. It is VERY common for a project or campaign that teams have worked months on to be axed at the last minute just because an executive doesnt like it. OR a complete pivot/redo is demanded. Just as common for a NEW idea/product/program launch to come through with the utmost urgency - doesn't matter how small or pointless it seems to EVERYONE else - and takes priority over all other projects (even the ones critical for actual business function) There is an troubling culture towards the top. To make it beyond a Director level, you need to demonstrate you are a full bought-in "yes man" (or yes woman). Almost no one pushes back on ideas upward, and there is a cycle of borderline verbal and emotional abuse. It is not uncommon for a senior VP to get screamed at and berated in front of a conference room full of other "leaders" There are some great people in leadership roles, and a few not great ones, but all have sold their soul to some extent. Culture is work work work first for the shareholders. Culture is very forced, insincere and as boring as corporate culture can get.
