Pros

There are none- I was lied to repeatedly during my interview

Cons

Lied to repeatedly during my interview, repeatedly not provided the support I was promised. So I reported a manager to HR and shortly after began receiving texts that were harassing in nature, commenting on my weight, intelligence, skills, etc. HR swept this under the rug. This place is corrupt.

Pros

You won’t have a hard time finding the equipment you need to give your clients the best experience possible.

Cons

As described in the headline, this is a micromanaged facility with many cliques. As many have described, the pay is 100% commission. Even if you have a 16,000 hour month, you are still walking away with around four to $5000 a month. Then, they will expect you to be at the facility for your entire shift (6-3pm for example), while not paying you a dime for any time that you’re not with a client. Additionally, I was on a flex schedule after earning a $14,000 trailing average over a three month span. When my trailing average went below 14,000, they put me back on my regular schedule due to me, not hitting my quota. As soon as I left the meeting with my boss, I found out that one of my other colleagues had a flex schedule while making $10,000 a month less than me. The company does not care about its people. They care about the bottom line dollar and what you can do for the company. I now work as a fully remote employee, and have no ambition of ever coming back to even work out at lifetime athletic.

Pros

- Free gym membership. -Luck of the draw with team members and your management. - Slow during fall and winter. -Some members are nice. -Worth it if you are part time and want a nice gym membership.

Cons

- No increase in pay or hiring of seasonal workers for operations during the summer. If your gym location has pools get ready to put in double the work with no help in additional staff or pay incentive. - Some of the members can be extremely dirty/nasty. Most aren't but those few who are nasty can ruin an entire shift. -Pay is only slightly more than the rest of your team and it doesn't reflect the extra work/responsibility of a supervisor. - Promotions only come if some one is fired or if there is an opening at a new location. Don't expect to be rewarded for going the extra mile. - High turnover will have you scrambling for coverage. -They discontinued overnight operations, so no one resets the gym, and work that is missed has to get absorbed by the morning crew.
