Pros

Very positive, and driven energy especially from new people, and then of course people making great commission. The right people are great to work with. I would say front line workers in all departments are the most pleasant to be around.

Cons

Majority of leadership and upper management has $$$$$$ for eyeballs. Money drives this company. Sales and numbers. But they do an excellent job of hiding that behind the mask of "Helping the members." Don't get me wrong, the products and a lot of the testing and things like that really do work. But anyone who has "made it" in this company, has made it by putting the member's needs 2nd, and the money first. That is the only way to climb the ladder.

Free membership. Great facilities. Quality brand products.

Cons

Every piece of leadership from corporate down is all about leading with fear. Jobs are constantly threatened by upper leadership. There’s discrimination and bias all over the place. You don’t get promoted unless you know the right people or are in the good old boys club. Forget experience, quality and skills. None of that matters. Integrity is non-existent.

Pros

Good if you just need a side job and use the gym. Best time to work at locations with a pool are February-before summer and winter.

Cons

Do not work in operations full time. It is not worth it. Easily the worst department. It is a lot of physical labor for minimum wage. You will get the same if not more pay with literally every other department at lifetime while doing significantly less work and requiring less effort.
