      Company needs to make goals more realistic for their employees and maybe they will not have as much turn over as they do in all departments.

      Cons

      Didn't treat employees as promised, I left my old employer for life time, was promised a start date. On the day before my start day they decided to delay my start date many times and finally the day before my start date they cancelled my position. Didn't even offer anything for the damages they made. Poor management decisions.

      Other than the free membership, which doesn’t even extend to kids anymore, nothing.

      Cons

      The management is awful. The pay is atrocious. The hours you get scheduled don’t even match your availability sheet, leadership cares only about themselves and not about the development of others, way too brand focused to the point of nausea, turnover is high so it’s just constantly starting over, programming is run poorly and very unorganized, should I keep going?
