Pros

Meaningful and practical work in the wellness industry. Unlike my previous workplace, there’s no constant pressure to perform. A lot of support from the management. Everyone is open to collaboration and feedback.

Cons

When decisions need approval, the pace can be a bit slow.

Pros

A few coworkers made the experience bearable. Their support was the only thing that kept me going through the constant frustration.

Cons

The company offers nothing that helps you grow or move forward. Skills stagnate because support and guidance are practically nonexistent. The workload is crushing, the pay is insulting, and motivation disappears faster than it’s built. Every day feels like the same repetitive grind with no purpose or reward. There is absolutely no reason to stay when other companies offer better opportunities, better pay, and actual respect for effort.

Pros

New hires are given time to adjust, and the training process is clear and well-planned. The team is friendly, and there's always someone to answer a question you have. Workflows are predictable once you get familiar with the systems. Resources are easy to access. Communication across teams is also good.

Cons

Response times change during peak periods.
