Pros

There are some nice kind people and work is steady over covid times.

Cons

Ive wasted 3 years of my life here, and I stayed because of the covid. Now it's getting better Im am looking right now for a better job. All the good people leave because there isn't respect or kindness. I've just heard another one of the good ones is going, so it looks like it's not getting any better here. The leaders have no plan what to do and argue with each other. They talk about trust a lot, but in real life there is too much control and no trust, and no body feels good here. Don't come here.

Nice colleagues if you are in the right team. 3 free products/month. this is all.

Cons

Wow! Bad / unqualified management. Life work balance = zero. Bad pay for the workload. The company praises themselves upon looking after people's health and well-being - apparently employees are not people. Employees are controlled to the max including reporting oneself for misdemeanours. Operating systems are from the dark ages. And so on...

Pros

The colleagues are nice. That's about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

- the hypocrisy: Management always says that everything is great, and everyone is happy, but in reality, it's awful, and you don't know if they are stupid and really believe that everything is fine, or if they think that their employees are stupid - unfairness: the precious associates get everything (cruises, gifts, healthcare), while the actual employees who do all the work, get nothing. You get no recognition, no thank you, and instead get punished when you are sick. - no paying sick days: On top of no pay, you get a disciplinary if you are sick "too often" In conclusion: I do not recoomend working here
